Great for pre-workout or triathlon fueling
This is a great product. It has a good mix of ingredients and doesn't have a chemical taste to it. I use it in smoothies to have ahead of swim practices and strength classes - where I can't stand to have food in my stomach, but need nutrition and energy. It is also great for triathlon fueling because it is light enough to mix with water or juice and drink during the bike ride. Again, it's easy on the stomach and has a good taste, which is very important for this type of race.

Very pleased
I've been very pleased with this product. Taste is good, sweet berry flavor. I mix mine with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. The only thing I wish is it helped even more with digestion.

A bit chalky for my taste
I'm not even sure that this was a good purchase bc I have only been able to get one serving down and that was rough. I just wish there were different serving suggestions other than water but there weren't. If anyone else has a suggestion I'm certainly up to hearing it then maybe I'd be able to tell whether this product lives up to it's claims... :/

This only gets 2 stars because I got a lower price on Amazon Prime Day. Other than that, doesn't taste that great.
