Great quality
Bought this Trampoline from Vuly. Kids have loved it and were completely surprised when they came home and it was up in our backyard. Much better than our neighbors trampoline which has already fell apart in less than a year.

Terrible product & nonexistent customer support
Terrible product & nonexistent customer support! Purchased this trampoline due to its supposed 5 year warranty. Had 4 springs break within 30 days of setting it up. Took multiple calls & emails to customer service to order replacement springs, and by the time they arrived more were broken. Now customer service is non-responsive. 5 year warranty? Give me a break - we have owned this junk for 6 months and had less than 30 days use out of it, I would send it back if I could! Stay AWAY from Vuly.
