REDMOND Re-Lyte Electrolyte Drink (Lemon Lime & Mixed Berry)

A friend of mine who has been on a keto diet for some time recommended this to me. I had tried single serving packs but this is a better option if you plan on adding electrolyte power to you water regularly.One thing I will say: in order to get the power to dissolve quicker and easier I use a stick blender in my water tumbler for about 10 seconds. Stirring or shaking works but takes longer.The flavors are good. My friend gave me the single serve packs to try and I liked them enough to buy the tubs. I think the lemon lime is my favorite although the mixed berry is a nice change of pace.

The only electrolyte mix I purchase

Drink a scoop full in about 8 + ounces of water first thing every morning. Feel more hydrated & every flavor has been great. Since starting this, I’ve noticed that I haven’t felt dehydrated even on days that my water intake is down.

Great price compared to other electrolytes and tastes great

Tastes Great though a little salty. However most of these have a lot of sodium in them. I got used to it.

Whether it be day long work in high heat... or workout such as a long run.... it's amazing what a difference it makes.... one immediate feels better right after ... it seems to completely remove the onset of that comatose like... dizzy / drained feeling I would always get... after a long day in the hot sun.... or after a long run... I mix a scoop of it into a 16.9 Fl Oz bottle of FIJI Natural Artesian Water ....for added minerals ... well worth the cost to avoid that after sickness that sometimes would last into even the next day
