This is 100% good and authentic! I made homemade Tom Kha soup and it was better than you get at most restaurants. They give you enough to make the recipe 30 times!

Not really sure what this stuff is
Love the taste of lemongrass. Thought the dried version would be good so I could have lemongrass onhand. Unfortunately, it neither tastes nor smells like lemongrass. No idea what it is.Oh, well. It was worth a try.
