i oredered this phone almost 2 years ago. Arrived as new. no scratches and very well kept just as described. battery health was at 80 %. it holds the power very good unless very cold or very hot. during the snow storms here in PA, while out taking videos of my kid sledding and playing outside, it lasts less than 2 hours. same with hot weather , last summer went to PR and same when hot temperatures battery does not last long. overall i was very happy still am but now looking to upgrade with another iphone, newer and more space.

I ordered this iPhone when my old phone broke. I was excited to be getting a new phone for the first time in a few years. I was upset upon first even receiving the package, because I could feel the phone loose with other items in the package. It was packed loosely in a zip-loc bag with a bubble wrap pocket, and too much room in the box. There was, loose, a charger and sim tool, which the sim tool had ripped the small plastic sleeve it was in and arrived loose in the box. The camera upon inspection has a scratch in the lens going right over the center of the camera. The other camera has gouges around the lens. Around the edges of the phone, it appears to have been dropped multiple times, with gouges out of the corners, not just scratches. There is also a spot on the back where the glass appears to have been chemically etched by a spill of some sort. The spot around the cameras upon arrival was filthy and covered in what appeared to be grime left behind from the previous owners case, since this is a refurbished, “Renewed” phone. There side walls of the phone are flecked with spots of missing paint as if it came into contact with some kind of acetone or paint thinner, which would explain the etched spill mark on the back glass. The protective screen around the microphone also was missing from one of three holes on the bottom, meaning dirt, grime, dust, etc. can all freely blow into the phone. There are also minor scratch marks in and around the charging port, and the charger feels loose inside the port as well. For a refurbished product listed as “Good” quality, I am highly disappointed, as this is not just cosmetic damage. I haven’t even set it up yet, as I will most likely be returning it.

Pretty good. Only negative what that it’s SIM card slot was missing the tray. But found out you can order that on here for less than $5. In good condition and working as expected.

I chose the battery replacement and went to an Apple store, where the replacement cost $89 plus tax. The seller promptly reimbursed me after I provided them with the receipt. A bonus surprise: while replacing the battery, the Apple technician accidentally damaged the screen and replaced it with a brand-new one at no additional cost. So, here’s a helpful tip—screens are glued in with waterproof adhesive due to water resistance, which makes them tough to remove without heating. This makes battery replacements essential on any phone that’s 4+ years old, and you might save around $300 on a new screen if you go through Apple for repairs. Only Apple has the equipment to program replacement parts into the system, ensuring everything works seamlessly, as good as new. Thanks to the seller for their prompt support and covering the replacement costs, making this purchase a worthwhile experience. Highly recommend!

Great phone, the battery works well, I’ve dropped it’s several times & it hasn’t cracked!

Why pay more? I'd never buy a new iphone (who has that kind of dough!?) but usually get a used phone about 3 to 5 "numbers" behind the latest release, off Amazon for maybe $220-280. Beats the heck out of new. I've had mostly good luck. It's worth it to give it a try, what with the free returns. Test all the functions, including speakers and microphones both on Speaker and not.

Muy bien a mi me salió muy bien, venía con unos ligeros raspones pero muy ligeros pero el funcionamiento todo bien ya llevo 6 meses con él y nunca me ha dado problemas, yo lo compré en una tienda que se llama tektekmx👌🏼

Compré la opción de estado “Excelente”. El equipo trae varios arañazos en el marco (algunos más de los que me gustarían), y aunque la mayoría quedarán cubiertos por el case de protección, hubiera esperado algo más cercano a la descripción. Trae un par de arañazos en la pantalla que aparentemente solo se ven a contraluz (y espero que el cristal de protección alcance a disimular); así mismo, trae bastante residuo del adhesivo que se utilizó para volverlo a cerrar, aunque se retiró fácilmente con un paño de limpieza. La tapa trasera presenta algunas por ralladuras por fricción de polvo contra un case que quizás no ajustaba bien. Llegó con cable genérico que no parece funcionar muy bien y un cargador genérico, que realmente prefiero no utilizar (seguiré usando mi cable y cargador originales). La carga de la batería se realiza sin problemas. La transferencia de datos se hizo sin problemas desde mi antiguo iPhone X. El FaceID trabaja bien. La pantalla parece estar trabajando bien. Touchscreen ok Las bocinas se escuchan bien. BT ok Red wifi ok Cámara delantera ok Cámaras traseras ok Botones de volumen ok Botón de encendido ok Puerto de carga ok Batería: El estado marca un 100%. ☺️ Flash ok Antena GPS ok Case del chip ok Botón de silencio ok Vibración ok Se calienta lo normal. En términos generales, le doy un 8.5 por los detalles mencionados en el inicio. Buena compra considerando el costo-beneficio. Ahora queda utilizarlo y ver cómo se comporta tras el uso.

Buyer beware. It’s a very disappointing experience. I bought this phone for my mom as a gift she’s vey happy but after using it for a day she said battery is draining too fast even faster than her old iPhone 6s plus. So I change all the settings to save battery, screen display, brightness, sounds, notifications off, etc. and observe for few more days, still the same. I check the battery health and it says 100% capacity which is so weird. There’s no way it’s 100% and drains that fast only last around 10 hours with very minimal use. It drains almost 50% even at night when she’s sleeping and not using it. Also somethings wrong with the face id as well, we tried everything to save my mom’s face in face id but for some reason it’s not working. It’s so much hassle. I reach out to the seller and they responded fast but all they say is try other charger which we already did and return if still the same. Upon return I have to pay for the return fee which is not cheap and wait till they receive it and wait more for the credit card to process. By that time it’s already more than a month before you get your money back. Also I bought screen protector and case but I was only able to return the case as the screen protector has been used so that’s another waste. Just beware, I think they are not very honest seller when it comes to their product. I was confident buying because it’s in amazon and back up by amazon but it was a mistake.

Holaaa, pues la verdad el equipo está bastante bien, pero me decepcionó un poco que llegó con 80% de salud de batería, espero poder cuidarlo de la manera adecuada para que me dure bastante Además de eso está rallado de casi toda la orilla, supongo que deberían ser más cuidadosos si se supone que es calidad "excelente", la pantalla bienestar súper, cámaras y lo demás excelente Llegó con cable usb-lighting pero sin cubo
