I started taking these in September 2017 after my family practice doc said my A1C was 6.0 (super close to being prediabetic..whaaattt????) and my cholesteral HDL was at 127. I'm like no way! I exercise a few times..ok twice - a week (but they are HIIT (high intensity interval training) for an HOUR and it takes all the other days to recover..whew!) and I hardly ever eat red meat or fried stuff - bacon is my weakness so I keep to a couple..ok! a few times a week.
