Proper Network Design can be the difference between profit or loss to the designer/contractor. This text, written by Jim Hayes of the FOA lists all the important elements in the design of a system. It is a "Must Have" book for your bookshelf. Reading and following this can result in savings for the contractor and customer satisfaction.

Excellent and most practical content. Must read for fiber designers, telecom operators, equipment OEMs, Datacenter operators, cables and connectors OEMs, and the whole ecosystem. I enjoyed reading the book

lots of really good information. FOT Level 1 & 5 yrs of oilfield fibre experience and still found a lot of value here. quite a few typos unfortunately, and not well formatted for smartphones or tablets but I got over that.
