Don't buy it, get something else
My husband and I are very good with computers and all the stuff that goes with them... 3 MACs -2 PCsPrinters and scanners... my Epson gave ut printing envelopes.... only 8 years old, still pretty good... so I wanted an Epson to print out envelopes and letters...4 hours trying to set up the Wifi, my router was next to the printer and the screen said no power to connect, paper jammed... I gave up and returned it today.

Durability
My WF 2760 lasted 7 years. I gave it to my Grandson. This one, WF 3820 works about the same. Both have Fax, Doc feeder. Some how, the paper tray was re-designed. The WF 3820 is not as easy to re install the tray. I took one STAR off the PRINT QUALITY for that flaw. Don't let that 'flaw' keep you from buying this WF 3820. You don't take the tray out every day. At least I don't. Joe Zee said that.

Quick shipping. Printer easy to set up. No issues so far. Looks like it will do the job.

Ink goes to fast
I am very disappointed in this printer I used it for one week and already the yellow is low and I had only printed a few pages one set was about 35 pages than the rest was maybe 2 or 3 pages and the yellow is low and the other colors are getting low. I might return it I have a 30 day warranty there is now way the ink should have gone done that quick. I see toner last longer than ink will probably get a printer that takes toner my previous printer took toner and I hardly ever had to order more it lasts a long time.
