Not all about Thor 😁
Don't get me wrong I definitely like Thor. But between him and Loki It kind of gets old hearing a bunch of the same old stories. This is definitely a fresh and modern take On some old gods. Sorry if this reads weird I'm doing talk to text. I really wish I can read the books individually but overall for the whole series I give it a 5. There were a couple of parts where I was Kind of Thinking it was redundant. I mean there was reason to it but it felt like more of a filler. I wish I could be specific but I don't wanna do anything for anybody else or taint the way that they think about The series. Don't get me wrong Thor and Loki In there As well as a few other gods that aren't mentioned a lot. I do wish there was a little bit more in the love scene department. I definitely feel there was a lot of miss opportunities there. I mean I definitely didn't want the books to be saturated in it That a little more would have been nice . I did leave a review for the 1st Book because I bought that separate from the box set and it won't let me Post individual reviews.. But I wanted to refer to that 1 mentioning that amount of time they spent together Overall with relatively short and I feel like that could have been extended a little bit Through the training. Again trying not to give spoilers but I feel like it would have been A little better that way. Plus to maybe add some training in with another book And which they're trapped in a prison like world which again try not to Give spoilers. I've read some other reviews and all I can say as you gotta think these are gods they've been around they've seen things they done things For years and years so it's not unrealistic that they would be comfortable in the situations that they would be or that they have their feelings they would and then it's 1 of the biggest Kudos that I could get the author She really I feel got in the head of where it would be like to be eternal. At least how I think it would be eve forget somethings are you don't recognize that you can be something other. And thing thing is being moral sometimes you strive for better For so long you don't understand that life short and you should pause to enjoy. Again I apologize for all the grammatical errors. I did have to do talk to texts and that's miserable but I did not wanna leave a review All this is fresh in my mind. This is definitely worth the buy. I also think you would make a great gift. Read on readers and remember to always review.

Must read if you love Norse mythology!
I love it when a book draws you in enough to feel the emotions of the characters! This is a great series with some fun little twists to some of the Norse mythology. It's exciting to see how the modern world blends with the ancients in these books and makes sure there it's never a dull moment. Lots of action, lots of love and a little sadness. I couldn't stop until I finished there whole set!

Very entertaining series
I read advanced copies of all of these books as they were released. My reviews are included below and were all voluntary.Claimed by GodsThis is a great book that I devoured very quickly. Now I just have to wait for the next one to find out what happens to Ari and her gods.Ari is doing her best in a dog eat dog world. Though she often thought she might come to a bad end she did not expect it to be in the form of a crazy guy going the wrong way on a one-way street. Jeepicide. She wakes up to the sight of five people looking at her naked body. What the?? The four guys were good-looking and all, but jes. When she catches a glimpse of a wing, apparently attached to her back, she can't take any more. Death is just weird.Five gods, well Loki denies being an actual god, have brought her back as a Valkyrie to help them find Odin who has been missing for a long time. Without him they can't return home and they are ready to go back to Asgard. They have tried with several Valkyries before Ari, but they left and never returned and so this time they went about it a little differently. Instead of finding someone pure of heart they went with someone a little more cutthroat and street-wise. Thanks. The five gods are Loki, Thor, Baldur, Hod, and Freya (technically a goddess). Freya is Odin's wife and Thor, Baldur, and Hod are sons. Loki is a blood-brother to Odin. I will let you sort the rest out yourself. Be assured that Ari is not easily convinced that becoming a Valkyrie is in her best interest. She has someone she needs to protect, and she can't do that from Asgard. There is also the little matter of dark elves that seem to have an agenda on earth, and are definitely not her friends. Then there are the four HOT gods. What's a girl to do?Bound to GodsThe second book in the series was pretty good. Aria, Freya, Hod, Loki, Baldur, and Thor are trapped in an alternate Asgard where things look the same but are very, very different. As the raven shifter, Muninn, does her best to torment the gods with their pasts, Aria must figure out how to get them out there. Each of the gods has dark events from their past that Aria must help them overcome in order to weaken the illusion that Muninn has created using their memories. With no food or water that they can consume, time is running out and even Aria has dark memories that can be used against her. I can't wait to find out what happens next.Falling for GodsI am loving this series of Eva's. Now that Odin has been rescued and everyone is back in Asgard, things are a little bit different for Aria and her gods. Odin is on the throne and is making his presence known, though not all of his sons trust him like they once did. Their time in Munin's prison has brought to light some holes in Odin's personality and uncovered his schemes. Aria and the gods know they need to find a way to defeat Surt and his zombie army before he destroys Asgard and Midgard (the human realm).Join the patched together Valkyrie and her gods as they work their own plans for righting the wrongs done to the other realms, and defeating Surt. Not everything is as it seems, and allies can be found in unlikely places. Intrigue and battles await!Waking the GodsLoved the finale of the series. Just when Aria and her gods thought they had neutralized the threats against the realms, they are thrust back into the fray. Asgard is lost to Surt and he is coming for Midgard next. Yep, earth is next on the radar. As the gods scramble to find allies, and Aria feels her contribution is somehow lacking. She can't fight Surt, indeed he seems intent on killing her first, and she feels she is a distraction to the others in battle. As more Asgardians are in the found, she is looked down upon by the new arrivals. Determined to save HER world, she realizes she will have to call on some former acquaintances for help. Things are going to get worse before they get better. They will get better, right?
