I am really very happy with the purchase! I've been interested in ketogenic nutrition for a long time. So far, however, I haven't dared approach it. It isn't about making drastic changes to our bodies or giving up most foods. The thing is that we want to consume delicious foods while avoiding the sugars that are harmful to our health. The extreme avoidance of carbs distinguishes keto from all other types of diet. This means that the body is almost completely deprived of empty energy, allowing it to rely solely on substantial food for survival.
