Are there possible issues with using this entire bottle in less that 20 glns of gas? My tank only holds 15 glns.

You will be fine. Its treats up to 20 gallons, so you will be safe

do you run it till empty Tank or how do I get best Results ??

My tank has a 13 gallon capacity. The way I did it was as follows: 1. Run my tank almost dry. 2. Emptied a BG44K Fuel System Cleaner container into my fuel tank at the gas station. 3. Filled my tank with almost 13 gallons; this way the BG 44K was nicely distributed/dilluted. 4. After I had used about 8 gallons, I refilled the tank full while there was still plenty of BG 44K in the fuel. That was that. The results were more than impressive and I could not be happier.
