A great solution for keep phone with you on runs!
I purchased this vest for running and overall I'm impressed with the quality and fit. The vest provides two primary functions, reflective highlights for safety and visibility at night and secure storage for your mobile phone while on the go. The front, back and side webbing have reflective elements to make you visible from all angles. For phone storage the entire front panel of the vest is a flip down mobile phone pouch. While not 100% waterproof, it is seamlessly welded together so it should provide protection from sweat and light rain. The phone pocket flips forward (but stays attached to the vest, so you can't drop your phone) allowing you to check messages or change songs easily without removing your phone from the pouch. The inside panel of the phone holder is clear, so you access your touch screen though the pouch. Even my fingerprint reader worked with the phone in the pouch. The snap that holds the phone pouch in the closed position is a little stiff, but I'm hoping that will loosen up over time, at least it's secure! The phone pocket itself has a divider inside that also makes a convenient spot to slip a credit card, ID or some cash. Alternatively, if you're using corded headphones, you could coil up the excess wire and place it in this pocket to keep it from getting tangled in your arms while you run. There are two additional storage spots on the shoulders, one with a zippered pocket that I use for lip balm, and a second small Velcro secured pocket that I use for a small bag of salt tablets and pain killers, just in case. The Velcro pocket is a bit deep, making it hard to retrieve things that slide to the bottom, but it's secure, and nothing will fall out.Getting in and out of the vest took me a minute to figure out. The waist elastic is not removable, only adjustable, so you have to slide the pack on and off by lifting it over your head. While not the most convenient method, it eliminates the need for buckles or Velcro along the side, so there is nothing to dig into your ribs or get caught on your running clothes. The waist belt is made from very secure 50mm (2") elastic band and it really keeps the vest in place. If you're a larger person, you might find the length of the elastic a bit short, even at it's largest setting, but my husband tried it, he is 5'10, 165lbs and he found the fit very comfortable. The materials and build quality were quite good, and the main fabric is perforated for ventilation. If you're looking for a light weight, comfortable solution to keep your phone with you (and accessible) on runs, this is a solid option!

Good alternative to belts
I got this vest as an alternative to the belt-style phone holder. I like having the phone at chest level instead of on my hip -- less bouncing around and easier to access (via touch-sensitive plastic sleeve) if needed. This is a good basic vest. Only problem is one half of the Velcro used to close the phone pouch started to lift up, and would have eventually detached. I had a local shoe/luggage repair place run a line of stitching on the loose half of the Velcro (for $10), and it's better than new. The phone pouch is plenty large for even the largest phone. Small zippered pouch on the strap for keys; other side pouch for earbuds. Not much room for anything else.

Annoying cellphone holder!
I would have given this a 5 but the cellphone compartment only secures to the harness with one snap at the top which makes the cellphone bounce against your chest and becomes distracting. I added Velcro to make it feel like part of the harness and not an add on piece.

Great, but….
Fit is great, stretch is awesome. The only drawback is the button clip gets undone when running. My solution is to reverse it(use inside out) and problem solved
