I'm a 34 e & my chest is so heavy. is this supportive? will a size 38 fit? i'm worried the cups will be small & girth too big.

I’m a 42 but the cup size was off so I ordered a size up (44). Fits perfectly. It’s not as supportive as a wire bra but I’m not too low. I wear them for sleep and work outs. I wear wire in public. Hope that helps!

I need a total shoulder replacement, will the straps be comfortable after my surgery?

The shoulder straps still go on your shoulders however, they are softer than most and are comfortable. They don't cut into you.
