I love this brand of soy sauce. It has the right smoky of salt and is the best quality soy sauce I have tried. Buying this big bottle will make my money go a long way. Great value. It smells tasty when I put it on my Chinese food.

Soy sauce is one of those things one should spend more to get the best. If you have always used the standard (inexpensive) soy sauce try this and you will never go back.

Product was good but shipping was another story bottle got broke in transport and got all over entire order luckily it happen before it reached my door. But Amazon took care of it and replaced the whole order. dark color very thick and yes very salty but taste great

I use soy sauce in almost everything for its umamo properties. I've had tons of different brands and this one stands out as one of the best in the price point.Has a great umami flavor which is clean tasting to the pallet unlike some other soy sauce brands in the price point.Great product and for the price and hands down the best, cleanest tasting soy sauce you can buy.If you want to spend a bit more, I can hands down recommend Oshsawa premium nama shoyu sauce which comes unpasteurized. Absolutely one of the best I can recommend but a large bottle is about $19 but goes a long way.If you're on a budget, this product is a no brainer.
