I purchased this in both black and pink. I have a few braces and this one causes the least distress on my thumb. I prefer the black to the pink. The black has consistent coloration throughout. The pink is more warm than cool pink, has grey stitching, black elastic, and whiteish velcro down the back of the thumb. I purchased it to blend in but the mismatched materials draw more attention not less. I appreciate the functionality and design of the braces, but they could both use a touch more finesse in materials.

Unit fit well. I have large hands. Usually need xl gloves. I tried a couple thumb braces at local big box stores but they were too small, even though they said fits all. This one fit great. Wore it for 10 days and my sprain is good!

This works great for my "trigger finger", pain from use of my mobile phone. I find comfort using the splint, and i am able to continue to use my hand for typing as needed. It assists to mobilize my sore thumb. Assists to decrease discomfort/pain.

Thunb Splint. Sprained large knuckle on R thumb. Gives adequate support. However, the sewn in aluminum strip doesn't rest on the top of my thumb, but on the 'outside' of my thumb. (Drew lines for the insert and where I slit it to access the metal strip) Strip is on the outer side of thumb on either hand. I removed about 1/2" on one side, so it would turn and have that strip on top of my RIGHT thumb. (Practiced sewing for 3hours) Discovered my thumb had sprained 'outward', not down or up. So the metal strip location on the side would be good for that.

I liked the fact that I could bend the metal part that goes alongside my thumb. Also the splint was comfortable and simple to use.

good one as extends up over thumb to stabilze my arthritic thumb. Others do not go up as much.

El material con el que está hecho me causó alergia en la piel. La piel se me puso muy roja y con mucha comezón.

Excellent splint provide best support to thumb and wrist. I hope it will heal my de quarvain tendinitis.
