instant relief
After 3 months of pain in my elbow getting worse and worse every day, this device gave me instant comfort. The angle is just right to hold your arm where it doesn't hurt the nerve.I wanted to address some of the other negative reviews.I think some of the strap complaints are for an older version, or they may be wearing it wrong.I'm an average 5' 11" guy who does not work out and the straps have tons of slack. If your arms are large you can probably just buy more velcro. For those that say this is uncomfortable, I ask which is worse, the pain or the brace?Seriously, it's not meant to be comfortable, it's meant to keep your arm rigid so you can heal.Keeping your arm in the same position all the time won't be comfortable but it will be effective. As for poor range of motion, it's not bad.I can drive, use my computer, and perform most activities with it on.I only take it off to eat and that gives me a chance to stretch my arm a bit.As for sleep, it's only hard when you're falling asleep, especially if you sleep on your right side. And even then it's not that hard.Once your out, it's fine.I absolutely love this thing and even though I've only worn it for 2 days I've already noticed an improvement.

Terrible product.
This product is advertised as size large but the way it is designed you have to fully tighten the straps in order for the straps to connect so really it’s only suitable for people with very slim arms (12 year old girl springs to mind here). The plastic shell is also extremely narrow, and the straps are very short. Not for large folks at all.Upon further inspection of the product it looks like it was mis-manufactured. The Velcro fastener on my unit is attached to the strap at the point where the strap is fastened to the shell. This means that the strap must go through the D ring and back to that joint, which can only be accomplished if the strap is fully shortened, leading to the complete closure and small size constraint I complained about above. Where the Velcro should have been fastened is at the end of the strap. The unit pictured has the Velcro strip in a different place, so it must be defective:Very poorly manufactured or designed, one or the other.Save your money!

Mixed Emotions!!!!
I paid extra for a quicker delivery and got an email later saying that it would be delivered on the same day as if I chose the FREE delivery option. I wasn’t very happy about that. The product itself is not to bad. The straps tend to pinch my skin and the pad underneath the plastic pulls in the direction when trying to tighten the middle strap, so it’s a struggle to make sure everything lines up as it should. When all the adjustments are made a couple of minutes later it does help with reducing the number of times the nerve catches simply because it immobilizes the arm. However, you are very limited in what you now can do with that arm.

Designed for big biceps, but will still help
This is yet another product marketed for all but designed for men. The top of the brace’s plastic form bulges outward, as if to accommodate a very defined bicep. This could be useful for any muscled people but I do suspect it’s a male centered design because women, in general, do not have bulging biceps that need to be accommodated.Unfortunately, this aspect of the design leaves a large gap at the top, makes it hard to keep snug, and presses into your breast tissue endlessly, especially at night. It’s pretty uncomfortable to sleep with. That said, for the price point, this is a good brace. (More custom shaped ones go for $700-1000 and take weeks to order) I do wish the company would consider having a different design to offer to non-bicep forward individuals. After wearing for a few days, I can already feel a big improvement with my cubital tunnel issues.

Best brace. Worth the extra money
I have had terrible elbow pain for about a year. I was told that I have “ golfer’s elbow” even though I don’t play golf. My pain was worse after sleeping because I frequently bend my arms when sleeping. Steroid injections provided short term relief and other braces didn’t help. This brace is fantastic. It keeps my arm bent slightly, in a comfortable position (other braces kept my arm completely straight). It also puts no pressure on my elbow because the brace is on the front of my arm and the straps are above and below the elbow. This brace was more expensive than other braces I’ve tried but it is worth every penny.
