Yes, I mounted my 80lb punching bag this way. Have not had any issues yet.

Q: What size pilot hole is recommended?

Q: Would this work for an "adult" swing asking for a friend?

Yes as long as the weight does not exceed it and you drill into the beams. Once I installed mine I said dang this would work well for a swing. Enjoy my man!

Fácil instalação, acabamento do produto me surpreendeu. Pendurei nele um saco de pancadas de 20Kg + 3 mosquetões de aço galvanizado (8mm) + 2 metros de corrente de aço galvanizado (8mm). Fiquei muito contente com o resultado. Aprovado! E recomendo!
