The product has scratches and is not working when we got it

Received it open not sealed looks like used, it was a gift and had no time to returned for that reason accepted it but not satisfied

I'm a regular customer and everytime, my order keeps coming as a beautiful surprise! I loved it! Keep it up guys 🥰

It is not clear from the photos of the watch that the flowers move as one piece constantly when the watch is not at rest. So while the watch meets expectations on the quality, look and feel, I found the constant swinging of the flower piece rather distracting. The watch came with a small pamphlet referring buyers to the Movado website for the watch warranty. However, although the watch comes with a two-year warranty, there are no authorised service centres in Singapore. This is rather disappointing.

ベルトがベタベタしないようにセラミックのものを探していました。 欲しいタイプのものが見つかったので満足しています。 難を言えば、商品説明書がなかったことです。 これで新品なのかな？とうたがわしいですが、まあ、良しとします。

貴金属時計屋さんや、ベルト調節してくれるショップにベルト調節に何件か行きましたが、セラミックって事で(割れる恐れあり)お断りされました。 COACHショップは徒歩圏内にないし、どうしようと思ってたらブランド時計のオーバーホールなどの専門店が、なんと近所にあり、受け付けてもらえました。 CHANELにも似た可愛くてゴツくもなく、セラミックベルトで見た目柔らかく、カジュアルにも仕事にも合ってお手頃なお値段で気に入りました。 ただ、購入後にベルト調節サービス窓口があれば良いのになぁ。なんて思いました
