This ear wax removal tool is awesome and easy to use. You just need to download the app to use. With this tool, you can see exactly where the ear wax is and easily remove it. I really love this tool and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

The camera was great and it was helpful to see what was going on in my ear, but it stopped working less than 2 months after I purchased it. So disappointed!

I had a bunch of ear wax in both ears that was bothering me and thought I would try this out from the reviews. I actually got to see how much wax build up I had from the phone and slowly get it out with practice. I now have unclogged ears and I'm very happy because they were clogged for a month. The camera quality on the Heatoo is clear enough to clean my ears, it's not going to be smartphone quality. There are some pros and cons to when buying the Heatoo Ear Wax Remover Tool:Pros:Able to get ear wax out with practice using the cameraUnclog ears, big plusAble to see ear drum and inside the ear canal to take pictures plus videosCan be used for other things mentioned on the product pageThe Xiao-E app works good when it's in useCamera is recessed at the end and not prone to getting ear wax on itCleaning tool screws in at the top and is more secure than other ones I've seen where it clips on from the outside, in my opinion.Cons:The Xiao-E app is a little fishy to me. The tool works through wi-fi, can't work through Bluetooth because it uses the camera on the tool to feed the image to the phone, and the anti-virus on my phone tells me that the wi-fi connection is insecure when the app is running with the tool. After using the app and turning it off, my phone was slower when scrolling on the home screen and using other apps, so I had to reset my phone.The app also turned off an automatic DNS security feature on my phone which was concerning.Battery on the Heatoo doesn't last long and it doesn't stay fully charged when I used it the next day.The app asks for the location and I thought that shouldn't even be there because I'm just using it to clean my ears.App also wants me to set something to be approved but not sure what it is because the instruction on what to do isn't clear so I don't bother with it and go back to the main app screen.I have to set up the wi-fi connection from the app to the tool every time I use it. Would be nice if the app saved the setting when the tool is turned on and syncs up.Suggestions when using the tool, VERY IMPORTANT:Only use the Heatoo when you have to. I wouldn't recommend using this on a daily basis and/or a few times a month. I think once there is a bunch of ear wax in the ear canal is when to use it. Always keep in mind that the clear plastic tip is small and could come off inside your ear. If you're afraid of using the tool inside your ear and rather have a doctor or ENT check it, then go to the doctor/ENT.Make sure that the cleaning tip is screwed on till it clicks and firmly in place. It's important to check each time the tools comes out of your ear that the tip is snug because it could/can get a little loose while cleaning.Clean the silver part of the Heatoo and the plastic tips with rubbing alcohol before using the tool when you purchase it. Also, clean the silver part of the Heatoo and the plastic tip after use to keep them sanitized.Practice using the Heatoo without the cleaning tip to get used how it works inside the ear and on the phone. Always make sure when you're using the tool to go slowly inside the ear canal, even when using the plastic cleaning tip. You don't want to go too far into the ear canal, once you see your ear drum and/or ear wax build up is where you want to stop.On the Xiao-E app there is a button on the bottom with an ear icon. The ear icon always starts with the right side of the ear and pressing it switches to the left side. Both modes changes the camera angle that goes to each ear and makes it easier to use, don't use the right camera mode for the left ear (I did that and it was disorienting, lol).

great! i like this product as it actually works and is so convenient haha it feels a bit weird when I am able to see my ears inside LOL but I do have a bit "OCD" about cleaning my ear and this definitely helped.

Using it to check my ears and others and works pretty good. Wish it had more attachments to just look through as some o the attachments get in the way and block some of the view
