A superior piece of cookware!
Been looking for a pan of this caliber for several years, since I want to have the flexibility to use it on gas and/or induction, as well as in the oven at high temps. The pan is nice and hefty, but the handle design keeps it from being awkward (like most of the highly-rated pans out there). It is also deeper than almost any of the pans of similar size, which reduces splatter from high-heat sauces; the depth also means you can make a substantial portion of ragu in a single pan. Next to my copper rondeau, this is now the favorite pan in my kitchen. Since its stainless, its also easy to clean, no matter what sort of high-heat crimes I may have committed.

Super long lasting pan
My husband’s mom is from Korea and absolutely insisted we get one of these because she and my husband both love to cook. She said she’s had this pan for 30 some odd years and she still uses it. So far it’s been awesome for us, cooks things well, and is pretty easy to clean. It’s definitely a much nicer pan than anything I’ve seen at Walmart or really anywhere.

Best non-stick frypan. Ever.
How good is it? Just gave some to three nice-not-naughty friends for Christmas.
