It requires a knife to cut.A paper box surrounds the plastic bottle which has both an outer, difficult-to-remove plastic band around the lid and an inner seal. Good for tamper evidence, but not very consistent with a "climate pledge friendly."Priced at about $21 for a 30-day supply (120 tablets total) when using the recommended four tablets per dose.

I haven’t noticed anything bad from taking them and assume they are doing their job. You need to take multiple in times during the day per their instructions. I’m OK with them and their cost is about average. I prefer to just swallow a pill and be done with it but if you’d like a chewable this is an option.
