Finally I found a comfortable solution to correcting my very poor posture. I work on a computer for a number of hours a day and was experiencing back pain due to my slumped position when working on my computer.I tried to make myself sit up straight on my own but that was not working. When I put this product on and adjusted the straps, I found I could easily and comfortably correct my posture without having to think about it.I have tried several similar products but they were not comfortable. This product has turned out to be a real winner for me. I highly recommend it

I do not like to write a negative review but will be neutral knowing that what did not work great for me may work for someone else with no problem.Conceptually great idea but I found it uncomfortable under the arms and could only wear it a short period.I had to give it up.

If I get it tight enough to pull my shoulders back it digs into my arm pits. Due to the rubbing and digging I can only wear it for short periods of time.

This is more comfortable than I expected. My only complaint is it's hard to get on and off by myself. I hope to see noticeable results soon.

not really user friendly...i got frustrated and handed it over to my husband who then figured it out.its okadjustable is positive

I bought this to improve my posture and it works. Its not perfect nothing really is. The pads under my arms make my arms stick out from my sides which is a bit uncomfortable but it corrects the huge hunch in my back which is worth it. I wear it over clothers and put a jacket or blazer over it so it doesnt show.

I travel often and find my shoulders slumping from all the time behind the wheel so I bought this for driving. It is simple to get on and off and tighten/loosen as needed but, it's bulky and uncomfortable. It has not helped.

It does hold your shoulders in the right place. However, the straps were so thick under the arms I couldn't put my arms down and it was highly uncomfortable under arm. I expected it to be somewhat uncomfortable because it's correcting bad posture, but when it was properly fitted by my physical therapist , and she thought it was horrible, I decided to send it back.
