An Amazing Read!
I read this book same day as I got it and I started immediately the 10-day program. The first day was the worse day of the 10-day program as I did not prepare myself mentally before starting it. I got so inspired that I jumped into it the following day. From second day, I started to feel lighter and my mind got clear and more focused. Apart from that, the program was quite easy to follow overall but on the last day, I was happy that it was finally over so I can start freshly my new healthier lifestyle. I have lost 5 pounds and my skin feels young and glossy. I have lots of energy throughout the day and my digestion is much better now. From the first day of the program, I have stopped taking pills for digestion and I don't need them anymore. I have decided to do the 10-day program again after two months and I will follow other guidance.This book has become a very good guide for Ayurveda, weight loss and detox and I am no longer looking online through endless information. I have also learned from this book in order to have a healthy lifestyle your mind body and soul needs to be on track and must all be in sync.Thank you so much Michael for this amazing read and for giving me the guidance I need for a better lifestyle.

Good short book
This is a short overview of how to use a your beds Gor weight loss. It settled my appetite to learn more about this.

Written poorly
The book is written in a hurried manner as if the author attended a course, took notes and published it. For those new to Ayurveda, you will be utter confused.

Poorly written
This book reads like a grade school child wrote it. It's unorganized, disjointed, and completely unclear in it's information. And the grammar is atrocious. What a waste of time and money.
