Gorgeous fixture
Great product that uses an excellent cartridge. Longevity and ease of cartridge replacement are the big pluses. The only minus is the cover plate that is made of plastic. For the price it should have been plated brass.

The Kohler Honesty Polished Chrome trim is PLASTIC!
This Honesty shower valve trim looks good but does not meet Kohler's usual high standards. It is cheaply made, the square trim around the solid lever handle and around the solid shower head is chrome colored plastic!! Shocking. How do you clean that? The chrome paint will eventually wear off!! Extremely disappointed in this purchase. The discovery of the plastic parts was made too late to return this item. In addition, extension parts were missing and had be purchased elsewhere. I'm never buying Kohler fixtures from Amazon again.....to risky.

Plastic = cheap
I agree plastic looks so cheap. Never expected this from Kohler. Very disappointing.
