كخامه واسفنج اعطيها 90% ، بالنسبه لي ماقدرت استخدمها لا في السيارة ولا على كرسي المكتب ، لان للاسف عرض الاسفنج كبير وياخذ من مساحة الكرسي بشكل كبير ، لكن استخدمها على كنب البيت لما اشوف التلفزيون او اثناء الجلسات العاديه ، تقيمي لها 50%

I bought this product with the idea of getting my posture right while working. It is a decent quality product but the loop is loose causing it to slip from the intended position. After using it for 3 months, Ive developed severe back pain, lower disc bulge and sciatica pain due to excess pressure on my back.
