Healthy
I have high bp so this is a good choice when considering not using spices with sodium. There is no sodium and taste so good.

This was recommended by a coworker, and THANK GOD SHE DID. This has my food tasting like party town every time I use it, without the salt. One of my most used seasonings as it is very versetile.

Great product and price
I love the Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Blend on my chicken. I've been unable to find it in our local grocery stores for over a year. I decided to check and see if Amazon had it in stock. Buy 2 for the price of one in the store was hard to beat!
