I love my Probook! I've had it 4 months. It's better than my old Dell, which was not a refurb. I'd definitely by another from KLamp.

Hi. I am sorry to tell this but this laptop did bot really give me the satisfaction. Two keypads on the left side is not working; specifically the shift and control key pads. I just hope you guys will do something about this. Thanks

Didn't expect it to look like new, and it didn't - there's visible wear ...
Essentially met expectations. Didn't expect it to look like new, and it didn't - there's visible wear on the corners of the unit. What was unexpected was that some of the keys on the keyboard were wearing as well, and exuding a sticky residue. Ended up coating the keys with a sealant.Operationally, it's fine and works as expected. Boots quickly, runs well, good touchpad operation, built like a tank.

I like the computer
I like the computer. Runs well, clean, neat and does what I need it to do. The charger however, does not work/works when it wants to. It doesnt look like there is any damage to it, so there might be a short on the inside. Not sure but I hope they will be willing to replace it for me.
