it's a good bra for doing what it's meant to do
With the exception of two problems, it's a good bra for doing what it's meant to do: minimize and support. Two problems: 1. The cup fits perfectly but the bra fits very snugly around my torso. 2. The main problem and why I was motivated to write a review. There is a very annoying inch of stitching along the back near the label that irritates and irritates. I temporarily solved the problem by placing fabric tape on it and will figure out a more permanent solution because otherwise, it really does the basic job. A lot of buyers complain about the same things: size, material and itchiness. One reviewer suggested that there may be knockoffs on this product. I would love for Wacoal to address the issue of possible knockoffs and their marketing/distribution. How can we tell if the product is a knock off or a true product of the manufacturer?

CHEAP IMITATION (?) WACOAL BRA
This UNCOMFORTABLE and ill-fitting bra is a cheap imitation of the Wacoal bras I've worn for some time. In fact, about the only similarity between this bra and my other Wacoal bras is the color!I ordered a Wacoal bra that was $65.00, and unfortunately, too small, so I returned it. And when searching to order a replacement, found this bra and then ordered it. Regrettably, this purchase was a $50.00 mistake -- and since I returned the previous Wacoal, I'll keep this one so as not to have 'too many returns' on my record. Unless Wacoal has dramatically lowered their manufacturing standards, I can't understand how this bra is able to carry a Wacoal label because the quality in no way compares to the many Wacoal bras I've had.

Fits perfectly but is SO SCRATCHY
I WISH I loved this thing. The cut is actually PERFECT for those of us with extra boobage. Seriously, the design is smart, if hideous, and it runs true to size. The problem with this is that it's cheap feeling, slightly itchy material! I come home ready to claw it off of myself!

I don't like the prices
Bought this for the wife. She loves Wacoal products, I don't like the prices. She is VERY particular only buys the $65 minimizer model, since being fitted at Nordstrom. Being a double G girl getting it right was the only option. Since she trusts me to do online product searches, I went to work looking at alternatives. Coming across this and then taking a gamble based on the design and reviews was a blessing. She likes it as much as her other Wacoals and we saved $15. Now she wants me to order two more. Well at least I have a happy wife.

Cheaper fabric than in past
I've been wearing this brand for years as many of the other brands keep making cheaper and cheaper fabric. It starts to feel like paper, scratchy paper. Well, sadly, the fabric on these bras is also not the way it was in past. It's thinner and stiffer and somewhat scratchy. I have sensitive skin and that is always a problem with something worn as closely as a bra. However, the minimizing effect and smoothing is excellent. The star is off because the thinness of the fabric also does not hide the headlights, if you know what I mean. I was wearing a thick turtleneck in the cold and well, now I have to make sure that some cotton pads are in place unless I want high beams at the worst times.

Watch for Counterfeit Knock Offs!
Garment is miss labeled. I ordered a 40" bra, and a tape measure reflected it's not even 25" around. I am not even sure if it is made by Wacoal or a counterfeit knock off. I've purchased and worn this exact bra for nearly 15 years. The fabric feels scratchy and cheap. The straps are low quality and rough. And the garment is marked and tagged the right size, but is clearly not even close.

Straps too stretchy and flimsy
I really wanted to like this bra since I like the Wacoal brand and am looking for a comfortable minimizer bra. The bra fit comfortably and did a good job of minimizing. The problem for me was that the straps were just too stretchy and not wide enough to help support the weight of the breasts.

Works
I agree with other reviewers — it’s not a comfortable bra. BUT, I’m not sure that any minimizer or supportive bras for larger chests will be. It is hard to get on, but does its job well. It does stretch out within a few months— maybe that’s why is on the subscribe option. Per it being a knockoff, I ordered from both Nordstrom and Amazon and bras all had the same packaging (hanger, plastic bag, tags) so I really can’t say. I believe what’s disappointing many is that there is not much to this $55 bra and it’s still thin and scratchy. BUT it does do it’s job. I continue to order when needed.

Poor quality
Way too expensive for the quality of the product. It’s an average bra that’s not worth more than 30$. When I payed so much on this, I expected a much better quality

Uncomfortable band
Does a decent job minimizing, but the band is really uncomfortable. Other brands have soft, fabric covered bands, this one is pretty pinchy and I’m happy to get if off at the end of the day. Could definitely be better for the price of it.

Supportive, durable, lightweight
Life changing! This is the best minimizer bra out there, I've tried them all. Supportive, durable, lightweight. The downside to all minimizer bras is they are not padded, but the pros outweigh the cons.

AWESOME, LOVE IT
AWESOME, finally a bra that works for someone with a larger chest. A bra I loved for years was discontinued. I tried to many others but none of them provided any support despite their claims. This one is really sturdy and does what it says. LOVE it.
