Not flexible enough for my use
Study and well put together making it a good option for traveling to the gym daily but there was not enough "flexible pages" for me to customize this for my needs. I want to be able to keep weekly weigh-in and measurements on the same page so I can compare from top to bottom how I've been doing...this is not something that is offered in the book, nor any pages that I can customize to do so. I track my workouts on my phone so rewriting them into the book was redundant.

Great workout log - rugged in performance and professional in appearance
I really like this log book! Here are the things I really like:It is handsome with quality binding and hard covers that are durable, plus the pages are thick and water resistant - this book can withstand considerable abuse;You can choose the look you prefer from a decent selection (at least on Amazon);It’s the perfect size for the gym bag and for use as you move around between machines;It looks professional - it pretty much yells, “I didn’t come here to screw-off - I mean business!”;You can make entries with either a pen or pencil, but remember there are pages specifically for recording goals and maximum lifts/ Personal Bests which you may want to rewrite.It has front/back human body diagrams identifying muscle groups and their associated exercises;It has entry spaces for up to 18 dates of many body measurements to track growth/body fat.(Now, I’m going to get incredibly picky. These are suggestions mostly from my own personal taste and what I have tracked in previously homemade exercise log books.) The things I would change or add but keep in the margins:Add a removable/reattach-able page divider to quickly get to the last workout logged page;Add a removable “sample” page showing possible entries - or a QR code to a web link to a “how-to” video;Add a legend for the symbols/abbreviations that are printed on the workout log pages (most are obvious);Add pages, spaces or blocks to track very basic intake of grams protein, calories, or other supplements;Add a page with formulas for basic body fat and protein consumption calculations;Add a space for recording rest times between exercise sets;Add a Personal Best/Personal Record space for each exercise to use when planning future workouts;
