Divine
I've always wanted to try burrata. I was not disappointed at all. When I broke it open it had a delightfully creamy centre. It was absolutely divine and I would definitely buy this again

Creamy and subtle
This burrata is creamy and has a very subtle flavour. It's lovely with a mixture of tomatoes and basil. It would make a decadent topping for pizza instead of mozzarella or a lovely topping for some crusty bread with a touch of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Pass the balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper!
I do like me a good burrata, creamy, fresh, toothsome and delicious. You used to only be able to get this from a fresh mozzarella maker, of they sold it to you at all. Burrata wasade from the scraps and small pieces of cheese left over in the milk after the days production was done. The cheese makes would bring this home to their families to enjoy and they kept the secret of its existence to themselves. But around 2010 the first commercial Burrata became available. It's really important that it is as fresh as possible so that the outside cheese doesn't harden from the brine it is packaged in and the milk in the interior isn't absorbed into the cheese. The Burrata I received was well within its best before date but at the same time was nowhere near as fresh as I would like. That being said, for a mass-produced product it was good, but would have been better had it been fresher. Overall a decent product that is let down by a lack of freshness. If you really can't do without burrata with some balsamic drizzled on top and sprinkled with salt and pepper then you can do worse than this product, but you can also do so much better by getting something truly fresh.
