Works Perfect!
Works like a charm to hold any boom pole. Very sturdy and gets the job done. Would definitely recommend it if you don't want to have hold a boom pole and tire yourself out. Just clamp this to a c-stand and you're ready to go.

Everything you need from a boom cradle
This boom cradle is sized perfectly to fit into a grip head. The bare steel portion of the stem fits all the way through a grip head and extends out the other side. This should be obvious, but I have purchased several other brands that could not seem to get the size right. Auray gets it right.My only complaint is the price. For what these boom holders are, they are way overpriced.There are many comparable items that are sold to other industries at much lower prices, for example fishing rod holders. You can save some money by getting a rod holder that will do exactly the same thing as this product for one third of the price or less.
