I have had back surgery so doing the final "paperwork" after bathrooming has been complicated. I purchased these to see if that would make a difference and I am pleased. The stem is sort of like the rod on an enema bat (don't insert it anywhere, though) so you can get really close to what needs cleaning. They do a good job but I do have some input on usage. 1) They don't push down quite far enough into the top of a water bottle in my opinion so I removed the lower WIDE band and now they push on perfectly. 2)The crinkly flimsy water bottles don't generate enough pressure but a bit stiffer water bottle does. 3) Pulsing the water rather than a steady stream does the best cleaning. 4) I keep an old washcloth near the toilet in case I need to do a tushy blot if my aim is poor. I leave the bottle near the toilet filled with water so that the water is room temperature. I don't find using room temperature water to be all that big an issue, it is refreshing. I no longer have a big concern about toilet paper shortages. At some time in the future I may consider getting a manual non-heated bidet for my toilet but for now this works really well.

My earlier review on a different product a file folder system, was actually misdirected to this one ... THIS product is easy to use and makes cleanup after #2 much easier, using a Lot less TP, which was the whole reason for getting it. Sorta practice for when I got full time in my RV, when it will matter a LOT more!

These little gadets are ok for camping, long road trips, and maybe picnics. You can't use a lot of pressure or the nozzle will pop out. You are cleaner than using paper, just remember to bring your own towel.

I used this product during my recent backpacking trip.1. Obviously very easy to use & very light, barely one oz.2. It is 2-3 inches long that I could confidently use it without worrying about back splash.3. Water flow was adequate.4. Needed some training with aiming but eventually it worked out fine.5. I'll definitely recommend this even as a gift to backpacking buddies.

I’ve gotten such good use of most Amazon products I’ve ordered I was REALLY disappointed in this one. Nozzle does not fit securely into the water bottle. When squeezed the nozzle pops of and falls into the toilet (gross). Maybe I had the wrong type of water bottle? Did I squeeze to hard? It didn’t work for me.~sorry~
