These phone holders manufacturers always trying to cut corners, this is my 5th phone holder that will be returned due to not being a long term solution due to plastic gears that will get shredded by the metal teeth, on top of that they’re not even greased, like 0%, again cutting corners, one that had metal gears (partially) was the Unbreakcable one, my search continues.

Short story, product is good and nice to use, but it does not last due to how is it build and the material use to build the critical parts.Fitted on my bicycle and used this for about 3 days until I was caught in a heavy rain, the left top paw got stuck and I forced it back. After 1 week of usage left paw stuck it its position after I took my phone out. Disassemble it to see what's wrong and the problem is with the plastic gears. Basically the metal teeth of the claw grinded the one of the gear and now it is flat.Please change the top both claw to spring mechanism or use a metal to construct the gear so it can last longer...

Ultimately a fail. I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra and it's a struggle to get this in and out easily, plus it covers top of screen. When it rains, the water collects at the bottom of the unit (where bottom of phone is). After ~10 times it got really loose on the handle bars and ultimately I binned it and bought something else which is much better.
