This product has massively surpassed my expectations. Good points:- The unit and the attachments are stored in a coloured tube which is approximately 14cm / 5.5cm long. The stand that comes with the main unit doesn't fit within this and is stored separately.- The software was easy to install on my phone, and the picture quality is super clear. There are options to record what the camera sees, or take photos.- The construction of the main unit feels good quality as do the attachments for scraping wax etc.- The stand for your phone is small but is quite sturdy.- The unit charges on a standard micro-USB lead (included) so most people will have a phone charger lying around to use.Not so good points:- The main body of the container and the screw-off top are slightly different colour finishes - see the photos. It wasn't easy to capture this with a camera, but it's quite plain to see with the naked eye. I didn't spot there were different colours available when I got this, and would have probably chosen black if I had known. Having said all that, it isn't a fashion accessory and doesn't affect the performance in any way.- The phone stand is like something you might get out of a Christmas cracker, but it's been a useful freebie so farOverall, I would recommend this to anyone who has cause to clean their ears or look up their nose. At less than £17 at the time I bought it, I really don't care that the case colour is slightly mismatched.

The product is very good for what it costs. I have seen plenty floating about but this one is cheap and cheerful. Does exactly what you'd expect, the app you need is free and can be installed onto iOS and Android , word of warning the LEDs on the scope do get warm and obviously the inside of the ear is very sensitive so for something that only reaches perhaps 45-50 degrees C it does feel very hot until you get use to it. For those who like cleaning the ear or just get intrigued by the sights of parts of the body you don't normally see, this item is perfect. It's waterproof, so runny wax won't be an issue and cleaning is simple

I used ear wax camera to check my ear & clean the ear but the piece kit 1 left now all broke easily how can I find pieces kits match this ear wax camera?? Let me know if have pieces kits from thank you

I can't use this product as the instructions that came with are all in a different language. I have no idea on what app I'm supposed to download in order to use the product so not really much use. Really annoying as I'd got it for my dad mainly as he has problems with his ears but now I can't use it. So have the faff of sending it back unless someone can advise me on the app?

The media could not be loaded.  Firstly, I liked the stylish and well made packing and the tubular case containing the tools is also nicely made, incorporating a twist lock to undo the tube. All I needed to do was power on the pick and connect my iPhone7 to the access point provided by the pick. Installing the app from the Appstore was easy as was the usage of the app. It can optionally take video (see the rather gruesome hairy canal showing wax build-up in one of my ears in the attached video clip) and photo snapshots. Personally, having seen the wax, I prefer to clean using water jets but the 'spoon's included can be used if you feel comfortable doing that and avoiding your ear drum as you clean. There is an indicator on the app which is mean't to show how near the ear drum you are but I preferred not to trust it nor get that close. Useful but be very careful putting anything in your ear!

First, what was good: the quality of the picture was decent enough for its purpose.Now, the bad. The main problem I have is with the heat it makes, it's not so bad in your hand but it can be bordering on painful when in your ear canal. Battery life is awful, some say it'll last for 20 mins but I didn't even get 10. The app asks for too many permissions, why does it need location access? It's also hard to use the picks but that's probably on me.
