Yes it does cut but not as fast as stated in the video so dumped it. Just a normal razor I do have a better one

The item arrived well packaged and in good time, however one of my guards was broken, and there was no way to resolve this easily.The clippers arrived charged, however I followed the instructions and charged the clippers as described to ensure 100 performance, and noticed that the battery life was not as long as I would have expected.For example, half way through cutting and trimming my partners hair, the clippers ran low, they began pulling and then the battery died.These clippers are more suited to small jobs such as eyebrows and beards, but not so good for crafting designs in short hair, trimming short hair or for multiple small jobs in 1 sitting.Overall if you purchase this as single use product, for a single individual, it should suit you well.If you are a hair dresser or similar, this is not the device for you.

Get it for the right price and you have your self a very useful pro tool for shaving or cutting hair. Cuts very close so be warned.
