I did not take this for weight management.
I haven't used the powder yet just the gritty stuff and it isn't too pleasant to swallow.will be using the powder soon. I am taking this for regularity. I have lost a couple of pounds though.

No Lid on product and no way to contact seller
Poor quality control in my opinion when you receive product with no lid, which means going out of your way to return product or seal with a rubber band and plastic. Oh I hope I’m not turning into one of those types but c’mon

Very good
I tried this and it worked very good . Too good on account that it gave me constipation and I also had a allergic reaction to it. Take in moderation.

I can’t rate this product because it arrived opened with the powder spilling out so I immediately returned it
