Q: Does this come with the drill bit?

Q: According to amazon, $29 option includes jig and 35mm bit(see more prod' details)why wld i want $44 or $45 option? what's different or extra?

The $44/45 options come with an extra 35mm bit; your call if you need it or not... I have only used it a few times; hard to know (wood type, how aggressively the bit it used etc.) how long the bit will last without needing to be sharpened or replaced.

Q: Is it possible to use 35mm concealed hinges on a door with a 1x2 frame? I keep drilling through the edges no matter what setting I try.

When you say 1x2, if it is truly a full 2" wide, yes it is possible. But if it's only 1 1/2" wide, no it will not work.

Q: Replacing 10yr old 1.25" overlay euro hinges w/ blum b039c355b.20 1.25" o-lay soft close: exist. hole too shallow, will this jig have correct depth?

It comes with an adjustable stop collar. The minimum cup depth this jig can drill is 1/2", and it can be adjusted thicker if needed. Most cup hinges require a 1/2" deep 35mm diameter hole.
