Great Solid Printer. Easy Setup and GREAT Support
I purchased this printer to replace a 15 year old Zebra that suddenly stopped working. I own another 4 x 6 Thermal Printer, and when I first opened the A300 box, I was surprised by how solid and heavy this printer feels, especially compared to my other one. Setup was easy, and I actually phoned customer service before I made my purchase, and twice, after receiving it, to assist with some of the printer settings. The Person who answered the phone was very nice, and extremely knowledgeable with the printers settings. Print quality is great, and both the print speed, and contrast of the print, can be adjusted easily in the settings. Since I only print a few labels a day, I have my printer plugged into a smart plug, and I can just ask it to turn on when I need it. I'm 100% satisfied with the print quality, but to be honest, I couldn't see any difference between 203 and 300 DPI, even when i zoomed in with my camera. If I were printing something other than shipping labels, the extra DPI might make a difference. I lower the print speed to 2, and leave the contrast at 8 or 9, and it's very clear and dark. At this price, I'm not complaining one bit. I also purchased a 4 year warranty with the printer for $15. It covers power surge for the during the first year, and everything else (except abuse) for the next 3 years. USPS labels through eBay printed perfectly, and a UPS label was cut off a couple MM at the very top. When I spoke to support, I found out that the sample labels they ship with the printer are just a hair shy of a normal 4 x 6 label size, and sure enough, when I changed out the labels, they all printed perfectly. Of course you can still use them for eBay or other platforms. Good to know, since I originally thought that something might be wrong with the printer. Although I can't speak of the longevity of this printer, I can definitely say that it feels solid and well built, and prints beautiful, clear, dark, shipping labels. The customer service was outstanding, and I appreciate that they responded so quickly to my questions.

Easy to use, keeps on going....
Had this for over 2 and a half years now and although I don't use it to commercial levels I do print out postage labels pretty much everyday. Very easy to use, good results quick and it keeps on going. I've had no issues with it.

A quality product at a bargain price.
I bought this to replace a failing Zing 300, that wasn't that old. And who's customer service was zero. I set this up and printed the test label in a couple of minutes. The set up was simple, via a usb thumb drive, and the print quality out of the box is amazing. It's bigger than I imagined, but it has an internal spool for the label roll. You can also pass through an external roll or a fan fold pile. Speed isn't an issue for me, so I've slowed it down for even denser and crisper labels. I would love to know where to buy the labels supplied with it, as they are the best 6x4 thermal labels I've ever used.

Worked well with cups and linux
It was not difficult to setup with cups on Linux. The 300dpi is definitely nice and more smooth/readable than the 200dpi competitors elsewhere on the market that I've tried.
