Xuchuan40 mm Replacement Ceramic Faucet Valve for Single Handle Kitchen Basin Faucet Part, Plastic Tap Cartridge

I'm reluctant to use alternative supplier parts when repairing faucets. They usually don't fit quite right or the function is not as good as the original. In this case the alternative brand fit and functions as good as the original. I purchased 2 of these cartridges for less than 1 at the local home improvement store (who didn't have any in stock). I now have a backup just in case. Note...this part has only been installed for a month. Time will tell it this part holds up as well as the original.

My neighbor has a 'Water Ridge' brand Euro style pull-out single handle kitchen faucet (Model # 962791 - FP2B0000NP) that had started to leak at the base. While looking into it, this appears to have been a Costco store brand that has been discontinued some time ago.While the parts are still available from some suppliers, this cartridge fit his faucet just perfectly and stopped that annoying leak, for about 1/3 of the price available elsewhere ($10 vs $34 vs $90 for a new faucet). The included instructions were a nice touch and easy enough to follow, though I recommend checking out a few YouTube videos if you are new at this.Total repair time was under 15 minutes. Someone who has done this more than once could probably do it in 5.

My specific application was for Aqua source model 67356-6001. Perfect size and shape. Only thing I needed to do was transfer handle locking screw from original cartridge to replacement cartridge (see picture)

I could not determine faucet mfg so I had to determine replacement by photo comparison. I purchased this replacement. It fit and operates perfectly.

Great value!! The OE Ceramic Cartridge was on backorder for the Giagni bathroom faucet purchased a year ago. Part # 94078-6. The original cartridge was leaking after only 10 months of use and was leaking at the top of the faucet at the handle. Fits perfect.
