Nice Thick Paper--Just Less Of It--At a Good Price
These notebooks don't have the name-brand cachet of some others, but they give you a good value for your money. But with fewer pages per journal, you will use more of them in your writing. These are sized the same as other journals, and the cover and stitching are good quality. The journal lays flatter on a desk than some others, which is a nice feature. And the paper is thick, holding the ink from a gel pen/rollerball without bleeding or smearing, as thinner paper might. But while these look about the same size as any other journal, you get fewer pages. This is both a blessing and a curse. The pages themselves are very nice, thick paper. But whereas the gridded journal I'm using right now has 250 pages, this one has 160. It takes almost two journals to hold the same amount of writing. If you use a ball point pen, you might do better with thinner paper, since bleed-through isn't an issue. But those who use a fountain pen or a rollerball might be happy for the thick paper. And since these are priced at almost half what some name-brand journals are, you get TWO journals for the price of one, which helps offset fewer pages in each.

Comparable to other similiar notebooks; good option
I have a stockpile of Eccolo Graph notebooks, so I couldn’t help but mentally compare them to the HULYTRAAT Classic Grid Notebooks. In the HULYTRAAT notebooks, the grid is slightly larger and a lighter shade of grey.I use Sharpie Pens and Stabilo 88 fineliners for my bujos and writing. I had very minimal bleed-through with both, I really had to look to see it.The HULYTRAAT notebooks do have less pages than other notebooks I’ve used in the past -- only 160 pages. I noticed the lesser number when I sat down to number the pages to use for a bujo. I kept 4 blank index pages, which left me with 154 pages to use.The notebooks look and feel nice. HULYTRAAT is debossed on the outside of the back cover, it’s practically invisible -- no obvious logo. The construction is sturdy. The back cover has a pocket and there is one ribbon bookmark (grey). I do wish there was a pen loop, I find myself missing it.

Perfect portable notebooks
Perfect book to carry around and jot down notes or even to journal. I am going to use one for each type of writing. The binding is strong and the pages are made of nice, thick paper.
