What's the difference between this cup and the ones you buy at Hobby Lobby and drop a marble in to reconstitute the paint?

The BIG difference is that the Touch Up Cups were lab tested to keep paint fresh for 10+ years. They include a silicone seal and extra threads to keep air out. They were maid specifically for paint.

Can you use the same paint over and over without having to clean the cup out?

Yes. That's what I've been doing. The paint seems just fine. That's the purpose of these cups actually. Then when you do need to clean out the cup, clean up is pretty easy.

Has anyone mentioned this is a clear rip off of blender bottles?

I wouldn't call it a rip off but it is exactly like some blender bottles. The utility patent is for the use of the "blender bottle" for storing paint.
