I'm so glad I found these kits! Yes, the instructions aren't 100% clear, but the photos and accompanying text are enough to go by to understand how to assemble everything. And by everything, I do mean everything. The gift boxes and photo frames? Paper that you have to cut out. Nothing comes assembled, so you should expect to assemble and cut out a lot of tiny pieces.I began this project with a hot glue gun and scissors. I ended up purchasing an exacto knife, three different types of glues, and a mini glue gun to make things easier on myself. With those tools, plus needle and thread for the pillows, cushion, couch, etc., I have everything I need to assemble this kit! Glue and batteries (AAA) did not come with the kit. I contacted the seller and asked for glue to be sent (the instructions indicate glue is included) but the seller said they can't send glue. I wasn't pleased with that so I contacted Amazon directly and they rectified the situation. I'm disappointed by the seller's response, but not enough to not purchase kits from them again. No other parts are missing from the kit.I can't express enough how fun this is. I'm a 26 year old adult and plan to let my 4 year old play with these houses when I'm finished assembling them. I think she's definitely too young to be able to do this kit herself, or really even assist me (since pieces are so tiny and the right fit is important), but I think it'd be a fun project for any kid around age 10 and up, and definitely adults!

glue not included, Ive bought three different types of glue and they didnt work, speciafically for building the little furtniture. Instructions are not very clear. There is guessing inolved and done it incorrectly. I dont understand why some parts already come in color and others you have to glue color paper for example both sets of stairs and it does look very cheese, these parts should be colored wood. fabric amount is limited so there is no room for errors so be very careful. Extra fabric should be included to avoid running out of materials. Some bitty pieces can easily be lost, they should include extra pieces.

I really enjoyed building and crafting this miniature house! I liked how you have to create the bedding and furniture by hand, unlike some kits that are already assembled for you. Very happy with this purchase! Highly recommend.

My seven-year-old granddaughter loves watching YouTube videos showcasing these kits. She loved helping me, but there is no way a young child could do this on their own.The directions are horrible, but it can be figured out with some imagination. In the end, with a few days of work, we were able to put a doll house together.

I rarely review before building but I’ve bought about 30 miniature kits in all and based on this experience I wanted to say that this kit is in good condition, with English instructions and plenty of colored photos. The printed colored paper for the walls and other accessories is of a quality thick stock. Even the balsa wood is not flimsy as with some other kitsI’d recommend this kit as it’s exactly what is advertised. You will need your own tools (ie glue, scissors and tweezers) but they have all of the other pieces needed to build this adorable roomMUSIC BOX NOTE: all other miniature kits come with the exact same music box that has the exact same song regardless of what the house looks like. Plus I find that it’s a depressing song. Like someone in China accidentally mass produced this music box.HOWEVER, this music box actually plays a little Christmas song so it’s the first time that I’ll be installing it. Will update when build done. I’m actually excited!

Purchased for my daughter to do as a project over her break. Unfortunately to her surprise, the whole kitchen pieces were missing. Also might have missed it in the description but there was NO glue included which is how you put it all together. Overall very happy with the product. She had a blast putting it together after we found some glue, but was a bummer we didn’t have all the pieces originally. Ease of assembly and worth the money for hours of craft time!

Reimagined this little kit to a Christmas theme but kept the integrity of the kit intact. It’s super cute and well made. No missing parts and overall, the parts were good quality.
