Very hot. Easy set up. Heats up quick. Might be small for some but can use without chair and sit on a towel. Great option to reap the benefits of a personal sauna at an affordable price.

This thing doesn't take up much room, and it does the job. High quality for the price point. I'm 5'11" and I can stand up inside.

The product needs a better installation manual. I'm very mechanical inclined but the average person may find it a bit underwhelming. The unit is small so if you're over 6' tall you'll be cramped in a not very comfortable chair. I like that it heats up fast and satisfied especially with the price.

Was a bit tough to stretch the fabric over the frame and it would be nice if the remote had a clearer light for the foot pad. Also the foot pad gets super hot to where it almost burns your feet so I just set it to the side and keep it on to get maximum heat. Does the job I’m glad I got it .

Initially, I was very pleased with the sauna. But after just a few uses the unit stopped working. It would not power up at all. We noticed the foot pad appeared to have overheated and the plastic was distorted. I returned the unit & they sent a replacement. But that had multiple issues where the stitching of the walls came undone. It's only single stitched. So I just returned it. The side infra red pannels do heat well though (when it worked).

This is advertised as an infrared sauna. It is not. Infrared uses light to penetrate the body and does not heat the air to warm your body. This sauna has 3 large heat pads that you hook up and they heat the air inside. There is a temp sensor inside to monitor this. It does a great job. I spent 45 min in mine the first time and I sweat massively. I started at 105 then increased to 110, then 115 and finally 120. It says it can go to 140. 120 was more than enough for me. Directions for set up are poor. Be patient pay close attention to illustrations and how parts are marked. It took me about 45 min to set it up the first time. I would be able to do it much faster now. Learn the remote you will be happier. The 31.5 inch square footprint feels small. Fortunately I'm not claustrophobic. Drink lots of water before, during and after.

This is perfect in a garage, doesn’t take up a lot of space. The remote control is a little confusing to use but it definitely gets hot and does the job. Would recommend if you want an affordable version of a sauna.
