Having a 2023 Subaru Forester, I was in search of a six inch quality cable to plug my Pixel 8 with case to connect Android Auto. I bought these because I wanted a shorter cable to us Android auto with my phone. They do very well on that but they are slow charging cables. My longer cables allow my phone to charge better. I had my phone plugged in for an 1 hour 40 minute drive and my charge only went from 66% to 82%.

I recently added a wireless charger to my car, and it came with a cable that was far longer than necessary. This little guy is a perfect alternative. It’s long enough to do the job, and I don’t have to coil up a mile of extra cable. The angled usb C end allows the cable to sit discreetly out of the way behind the charger for a nice tidy look. Very pleased with this little cable.

This is one of those short cables that is much more useful than it might look. At only 0.6 ft, it is perfect when the devices are already close together and you don't want a long cable coiled up everywhere. I especially like the 90-degree USB-C connector. It keeps the cable close to the device instead of sticking straight out, which makes it great for a car, power bank, charging station, or other tight setup. It also puts less awkward pressure on the connector when space is limited. The braided cable feels well made and flexible, and the connectors fit securely. Charging has worked well, and the short length makes the whole setup look much cleaner. Just keep in mind that this is USB-A to USB-C, so it isn't intended to provide the same USB-C PD charging speeds as a C-to-C cable. For normal charging and basic data transfer, though, it does its job very well. For $5.99, this is a simple, practical cable that is definitely worth having around. 5/5 - Recommended.

J'ai pu y faire passer 3 A sans problème, avec une chute de tension très faible (de 5,07 V à vide à 4,96 V sous charge). La limite à connaître : Débit de données : Il est limité au protocole USB 2.0. Il ne sera donc pas adapté au transfert de gros fichiers (ex. vidéos volumineuses). Pour cet usage, orientez-vous plutôt vers un câble USB 3.2 Gen 1 (anciennement USB 3.0) ou supérieur. Conclusion : Ce câble a tout à fait sa place dans une voiture ou sur un bureau. Il est parfait pour recharger efficacement vos appareils sans encombrer l'espace.

J'essaie toujours d'optimiser le placement de mes appareils dans des boitiers qui vont les protéger. Bien entendu, peu de place entraine la difficulté à placer de longs câbles standards. Je dois donc chercher à optimiser. Dans ce cas, je devais connecter un Pi à un hub USB-A et à un PSU. Un câble droit perd trop de place (il sort du boitier à angle droit). Avec ce câble qui sort à la perpendiculaire, il court le long du boitier et ne prend plus trop de place. 0.6 pied (20 cm) est idéal pour rejoindre les autres boitiers. Maintenant, le câblage est plus compact et prend globalement moins de place. Tout peut s'intégrer harmonieusement dans mon grand boitier et je suis satisfait de ma commande !
