Cate offers supreme comfort and support. Sophisticated sheer embroidery in an intersecting arc pattern and designed with a flattened finish to minimize show through adds a modern edge. Sheer embroidered panels and mixed with subtle sheen for everyday luxury and support.

So comfortable and attractive!
I have worn this bra for 2 years...it's the best one I have ever had. I have purchased 4...they wash and wear well.

Fits well, but design choices feel frumpy and unflattering
I bought this bra trying to find a replacement for the discontinued Carmen style, which has been my everyday bra for years. My typical UK/Elomi size is 40H and that's what I purchased.Notes on size/shape:1. This fits me better than the Morgan and Matilda in that the straps are set closer together in the back, so there's less slipping happening.2. The gore tacks nicely at the bottom but doesn't quite tack all the way at the front - I've only been wearing their plunge styles for years so I'm not sure if this is normal for a full coverage bra. Even with the gore not tacking fully, I'd be happy with the amount of separation this gives.3. In regards to shape this definitely seems like a minimizer to me and I saw a few other reviews mention that as well. That's not necessarily a deal breaker for me as I'm a 40H and don't mind the minimizing, but it might be for others. The part about this bra that I'm really not sure I can get over is the design/style details of it. It makes me feel very matronly, and it doesn't feel sleek or stylish at all. I think it's the ribbing on the straps, all the bows (one on each strap AND the gore) and the embroidery on the cups, which is very metallic and makes it feel cheap/gaudy to me. I really like the dark red color and the satin on the bottom and side panels, but the tinsel-like embroidery is really a turn off, and hard to ignore since it runs across the whole cup and is so reflective in the light.Part of why I love Elomi bras so much is because until I discovered their brand, every bra I tried in my size made me feel very frumpy and matronly. Unfortunately the design choices of the Cate are making me feel the same way. I like how this one fits but unfortunately I just really can't bring myself to pay $60 for a bra that feels so frumpy and unflattering on me. 😔

I always get the Elomi Cate or Caitlyn as I find them really well fitting and comfortable as well as pretty.

Lovely bra!
Elomi makes such lovely bras for larger-busted women. My favourite style is the Betty, which is vintage by now.I'd wanted to try the Caitlyn when that was still a thing, and never got around to trying the Cate until now, which is a very long time since it was introduced. The sizing is consistent with the other brands I buy often, like Panache, Gorsenia, Curvy Kate and Goddess.

Comfortable and well-made
After discovering Elomi bras 7 years ago, I have not worn another brand. They are well designed and well made, comfortable and attractive. I have tried other brands in the past and never found one that fit as well, and of such good quality, as the Elomi.
