I was skeptical at first thinking that I should buy the exact Bruno replacement charger, but after seeing the reviews and itz price COMPARED to the exact replacement, it was an easy choice to make. I even thought I'd have to splice wires (i didnt have to) but the hardest part was getting the wire through the existing wall's hole.Itz been over a week since it has been up and operational again and everything is working as stated. I even eliminated a nite light as the charging LED in green lights up the area leading to my bathroom ..... an unexpected plus ! Oh, since the price is 1/3rd the cost of the Bruno charger, I can splurge a little this month and the next 3 months too ! Another PLUS !

I depend on my lift chair to get up the stairs to my living quarters from the first floor of my home. When the charger went out after a dozen years of service, I didn't know what to do and a professional "repair" would have been costly to say the least. I was very happy to find a suitable charger as I thought that should be all that was wrong. I got this unit at one quarter the cost quoted to me by the company that did the install. I saved money that I didn't have and for that I am grateful. Works well and absolutely no complaints, installation took seconds, literally!

The only thing I didn't like is it doesn.t stay on the wall

The light codes aren't very good but control functions well.

My 91 year old Korea Veteran Father-in-Law uses his Bruno stair lift several times daily. Recently the original power supply/charger stopped working, we called for repair but the repair man has still not scheduled a visit. I did some checking on the original power supply, confirmed that both fuses were good, but none of the lights were coming on and the batteries were not getting charged. So, I started looking for replacements and landed here on Amazon. This item had a reasonable price (especially compared to the original) and was delivered in 1 day. I plugged it in to the stair lift just as the original and it powered up. After charging the batteries for a few hours, everything seems to be working perfectly. We're still waiting on the repair guy to call us back.....

I bought this for my moms chair lift that failed. It was easy to hook up and had the battery charged back up and the chair working in a reasonable amount of time.

Small but efficient charger. Only time will tell how long it lasts. It doesn't run hot and keeps the batteries charged without overcharging.
