First of all, the product works great ... it's well designed, sturdy, and holds my new iPhone 7 Plus perfectly. Great value for the money, and I'd definitely recommend it.Now ... have you ever had one of those really exceptional customer experiences that you'd like thousands of people to know about? Well I just did with Tackform Solutions. I had a little trouble getting the GoPro clamp to tighten fully. Instead of returning it to Amazon, I tried calling the company - there was a card inside the box imploring me to contact them first regarding any issues. I spoke with Nick, who I later found out is Tackform's President. He was more than willing to replace the unit and offered to do so without question, but he also asked if I could text a photo so he could see the application. I'm mounting this on a long wheelbase recumbent which presents some challenges. Not only did Nick send replacement parts, he sent along a second, completely different model in case it might work better for me. I had both the parts and second model within 48 hrs. He asked me simply to regift the other model if I preferred the replacement parts.Wow. It's so easy to deliver exceptional customer service, yet so few companies do. Very impressive. Thanks!

Update (attempt 2) - 2017/07/28----------------------------------------------I updated this review approximately two months after originally writing it with a full five stars and wall of text explaining why. After receiving a follow up email from the seller yesterday, I checked my review and found that the edit I made to the review had been lost by Amazon (I know it had saved because I closed my browser and reopened the product page in a different browser to make sure of it). I will now reattempt to update this review to reflect my original edit as accurately as I can recall.Shortly after submitting this one star review, I received an email from Nick (owner) at Tackform profusely apologizing about the lack of response to my original complaint and saying that new processes have been put in place so something similar does not happen in the future. After dozens of emails between me and Nick discussing my issues with the product, he asked if he could send me a preproduction version of the new, revised phone holder cradle so I could provide feedback. After receiving the new revision (which is what is currently being sold on this Amazon listing), it only took a couple rides to confirm that it resolves every issue I had with the old version and is even more useful and robust. The new cradle no longer requires the user to do a one-time adjustment to one of the arms as both arms are spring-loaded and self-adjusting. Additionally, the tightening screw for the ball joint has much more prominent wings so that it can be tightened down easier and tighter. Finally, the ball joint on the cradle itself is now rubber-lined; this means that the drooping/moving issue is gone 100%.Due to the service I received from Nick and his attentiveness in following up even after nearly a year, I have upgraded my seller review to five stars. In addition, since the revised cradle solved every issue I had and even added more features, I have upgraded my product review to five stars as well.I now firmly believe that this product is the best phone holder handlebar mount and cradle that can be bought for even twice the price this sells for. There is no better value out there for a similar product in this price range. If you need a durable, secure mount with lots of adjustability, look no further.Original Review----------------------------------------------Two stars for the product as I like the design, but the main ball joint doesn't tighten down enough and is still fairly easy to move. I even added a small rubber washer in the ball joint to increase the pressure and friction, which helped but did not completely fix the issue.One star for the seller as I contact them to see if I received a lemon/faulty unit or there was a general design flaw with the product. After three emails to the vendor over a week, the only response I got was asking for my phone number but no resolution beyond that (I also never received a phone call).

I love this mount! I have it on my Sportster (motorcycle) and i have done so much recording and live videos since I bought it. It has held very secure and I just couldn't be happier with it. I also like that you can change the positions and it's compatible with a GoPro (I don't have one but hey, if I got one I wouldn't need to buy a mount for it!) It doesn't look big and bulky when I don't have the phone in it - it's not like an ugly sore thumb w/o the phoneIt was very affordable, when I bought it I paid for 2 day shipping and the grand total was only $35! Personally, I think this product was 100% worth the money.Basically, if you're looking for a mount this one should be it!

This product is horrendous! The swivel part of the holder snapped off on me sending my iphone 8 plus through the air while I was on the highway. The part holding the phone on the unit worked well as it was still intact when my phone flew off my handlebars. All I had left on my bike was the part the little bit of plastic that held the whole unit to the handlebars. There was no way to recover my iphone and it likely wouldn't have been functional anyway after hitting the pavement at 70 mph. Extremely aggravating. While my particular product might have been defective (I don't know), I would NOT trust this product. It ended up costing me a lot more money having to replace the phone.

I’ve had this thing installed on my mountain bike for around a month now and it goes on every ride with me.So far so good, I ride mostly roads but have taken it on some trails and it has held up well. Probably would take it off if I was hitting a steep course or some jumps but for now it seems good.My one complaint would be that the straps sort of pull the phone down and sometimes it will pull the phone to the point where the down button is pressed by the clamp part of the phone-holder. It doesn’t happen all of the time, and it’s easy to fix but still somewhat of an annoyance on occasion.

The mount arived on time, as most orderds do from Amazon. Attaching the mount to my bike (Ducati) wasn't hard at all, The only issue I had was getting it in a good spot on the handlebars. I had to move it around a little due to the clutch cable. I road over 500 miles this past weekend and the mount never moved or slid around, even at speeds of 70+mph for over an hour. I have an iPhone 6 and it fit in the mount perfectly with no trouble.Taking the phone in and out of the mount is real easy.
