Electric Bike for Adults 20" ebike Full Suspension 750W Motor Fat Tire Electric Bike Mountain Beach Snow Bike 48V 12.8Ah Removable Battery 32MPH

This is my first ebike and I'm a little shocked at how much of a beast this thing is. It rides like a truck on two wheels and the pedal-assist turns most straight-line travel into an effortless activity. The top speed is kinda insane for a bike also, I dunno about anyone else but 26+ mph is nuts and if you engage the throttle all pretensions about being a bicycle are lost as it zooms past anything that doesn't have a motor. Speaking of the throttle, hills and most dirt paths can be conquered with relative ease as it power through the terrain. This is not a mountain bike though, it lacks agility and the shocks simply can't handle pounding that a real mountain bike can absorb. This is more like an electric-assisted cruiser with some light off-road capabilities.Overall ebikes are still a rarity and I get a lot of questions and compliments on the bike's rugged good looks when I'm riding around the lake. My mom in particular can't be torn off this thing as she loves posing with it for Facebook as you can see in the attached picture LOL.So far my biggest complaint about this ebike is how heavy it is which has negative affects on the bike's handling around tight spaces. Another problem is that I can barely lift the thing into my Honda Civic making portability questionable for some people. In terms of shipping, it took the seller two weeks to deliver the bike despite the advertised 1-week delivery. This is actually pretty good considering the fact that some bikes have a 3 months lead time. There is no such thing as "pre sale" on Amazon, only delivery dates, so more customers would appreciate it if the seller doesn't post ultra-aggressive delivery dates that they can't meet.But aside from these issues, this thing is an adventure machine and I can't wait to ride it every weekend.

My first e-bike was too small. My second e-bike was too big (cruiser). This e-bike does everything - I'm using it for short errands and to commute to work. The ride is smooth due to the full suspension. The hydraulic brakes are strong and smooth. the 750w motor propels the bike faster than I can peddle! It even recharges the battery using e-pas technology. The color display is easy to read in direct sunlight.

The POLARNA M-4 e-bike arrived yesterday (Florida), within one week of ordering. It arrived in super protective packaging. Took about 30 minutes to unpackaged the bike from the box and all of the internal protective foam, zip ties, etc. The bike is 90% assembled with only the handlebar and post inserted needing assembly. This took a few tries, but I finally figured it out. The foot pedals installation was easily accomplished. As a precaution, tightened all the nuts and bolts on the bike. Almost all were tightened satisfactorily originally. The seat and seat post installation were easy peasy. The key has three positions: ON, OFF/LOCKED, and BATTERY REMOVAL (must depress the key first). I left the battery in the bike and charged it overnight. I wish there was a Youtube tutorial specifically on using the keypad and LED display. I'm still trying to figure out their capabilities and operational impact. My initial test drive today was fun, the throttle response is smooth and powerful/lots of torque. I'm very impressed with the M-4 and would recommend it UNCONDITIONALLY. Oh, as others have noted, it is 70 pounds or so, but that suits me fine because it remains powerful and responsive...easily fast enough for me... and the suspension is great on the road, trail, or grass. Headlight, Brake light, and horn. Hydraulic front and rear disc brakes for positive, controlled stops... Note: I'm 5'10"/180lbs. 01/06/2022.

Actually I enjoy the bike immensely however there are three issues that I believe need to be addressed one of which needs addressed IMMEDIATELY!1.) There should be an interlock on the “throttle” switch. If the bike is in a stopped position and on one of the 5 speeds, I’d bumped or applied, the bike will leap forward under power. So always return the speed down to “0” when stopped2.) the manual supplied is very limited on providing knowledge or reference to the care and operation of the bike3.) The specification in the Amazon ad are quite conflicting referencing two types of batteries; 12.8ah and 14.5ah batteries. This supposedly can run “60 miles in pure electric mode and 100 miles in power assisted mode”. The manual specifies 62 miles/74 miles (no distinction of why there is two values) in “Pedal Assist Mode 1”. This is only in speed mode one. The manual also species that in the Hand Throttle Mode, the bike has 31 miles/37 miles (at 12 mph). These figures are not in sync with what has been promoted in the ad!!

The media could not be loaded.  This bike was purchased so my mom could get around town. It’s small enough for her and has the back area to attach a basket that can hold up to 150 pounds!! She can easily get her groceries home . Also she has a small place so it’s nice and convenient that it folds up compact. Now she’s able to hop on this bike and get around without having to peddle u less she shoes. It has three riding modes to choose from electricity mode, pad mode and ride mode. She can come to my house to the local stores in town at speeds up to 32 mph!!!!!!. She absolutely loves this bike. I tested it out before giving it rover so I could teach her how to ride it. It’s a very smooth ride. These tire are good on all terrain I tested on grass and road myself and it drive with ease. But I can see that this bike would even work in the snow ! The screen is high resolution and in color unlike most bikes I researched before choosing this one! I feel safer with the finger throttle for her vs the handle bar rotary she could accidentally turn. It has 8 gears to change depending on her driving needs. The bike even has a usb charging port to charge her phone. So many great features!! Rugged bike but with the smoothest ride. Great purchase!
