HONBAY Reversible Sectional Sofa with Ottomans & Chaises Modular Sofa U Shaped Couch with Storage Seats, Aqua Blue

I wanted a sectional for the TV/game room so my boys and I could chill there, watch movies, Playstation, etc and even sleep if we wanted to. I ordered the L shape and got an extra ottoman so I could put 3 across for our legs. It was smaller than i expected. It was perfect for the boys, but I'm 6'2" so my feet were nagging off at the calf. They are comfortable, the material is smooth so nothing catches and makes pulls in the fabric. Definitely not a sink into it sofa which is what I like, but very comfortable and doesn't get hot on a hot day. I put it together in about an hour and a half. Instructions are IKEA easy. Only looked at them for one piece. I liked to do much that I ordered another one with an extra ottoman so I have a 3x3 sofa facing the TV, and a 3x1 facing the gaming table that I put back to back. Didn't even look at the instructions for the second one and had it together in about 30 minutes. It's a sleek modern look, and when the boys have friend over they can separate them for individual seating and even carry them to other rooms. They are very light. As far as durability, with the bracket design of staying the backs, sides I can see how they are at risk of the boys get rambunctious, but they have survived the boys laying on the backrest and a lot of horseplay. I think they will survive. I do wish they added more brackets that connect the ottomans together. There are 2 per piece assumably to connect the ottomans to the main sofa. There are 2 holes on each of the 4 sides of the ottomans, so it would be nice to use them all for connecting the ottomans together. Regardless, with the 3x3 and one bracket between each ottoman it is stable and doesn't shift with the inevitable run and jump for the dramatic plop. The legs are black plastic so if you push down while moving them on the floor they may leave marks. I have porous gray tile floors. Push from the side and no marks. There were no clues as to how hard to screw in the legs so it was a bit sketchy... didn't want them to break. But I figured out to tighten with one hand as far as you can then go 2 more turns with 2 hands and straighten then up. In really happy with this sofa.

I love this couch! It was the easiest thing to put together, it’s comfortable and has built in storage with every seat! Also it’s customizable, so you can make it any shape you want! I love it it’s the best! And you can even buy each part individually, so if you’re cat scratches up the arms too much you can just buy that piece and attach it! Ok so now that I have had it for a few years I can see the downsides to it. It stains easy, it holds crumbs and food. It is hard to clean and not comfortable.

It took 3 deliveries to get six sections. We got the 3 unit couch with 2 ottomans sizing it to fit our space. We added one more "armless chair" section to make it a total of 6 cube sections. This really did fit perfect and the ability to move the ottomans makes it very versatile. It is easy to assemble and we now have a more screwdrivers than we know what to do with! The sections link together nicely but not perfectly. Nothing that a few decorative pillows and throws won't fix which we intended on using anyway. If you are OCD on how things trim together this type of furniture may not be for you, but if you can deal; this modular furniture is a great option. I don't see this lasting a lifetime but it's far better than Ikea cheap-o stuff. Comfort is OK, it's stiff but I expect over time that is a good thing. Again, a few pillows and comphy throw and it will be awesome on the comfort scale. I would recommend this for limited budgets and space. The storage is a very nice feature and a must have for the misses. It's really a great addition to our space and I would recommend buying for the right reasons. I like the couch!

I love my new modular couch (I bought the gray one). The color is perfect for the room I put it in. It was extremely easy to put together - I did it by myself in under an hour. Some reviewers think it's too firm, but I think it's perfect. I've even taken a nap on it and found it very comfortable. I just ordered an extra ottoman in case I have some out-of-town visitors who need to stay here. I love the storage this couch has, and I was able to create space in a small closet thanks to the storage. I hope to have it for many years.

I was skeptical that I would like this modular couch when I ordered it. It arrived in less than a week, and we were thrilled we were able to get the boxes through a narrow basement door 29" wide, with a tight corner. Set up was as easy as it looks in the video. I thought the comfort level would not be as good as a full size couch, but surprisingly it is very comfy! We ordered an extra ottoman to have the look shown in the photo. If you are trying to find great seating for smaller spaces or particularly with narrow doorways and hallways, this is a great solution. Extra 5-stars to the product designers because of the detailed & thoughtful design. So glad we purchased this.

I was honestly a bit nervous about this purchase, because prior to ordering this couch, I ordered another off Amazon that after about a month I decided I just didn’t like. My space is very small, but I wanted something that felt “homey,” and comfortable, and I found just that when I took the chance on this product. Customer service is excellent as well! I received all but one piece initially, and thought they sent the wrong model, and reached out. They responded in less than 24 hours and assured me they sent all pieces, and provided me the tracking numbers for each box, stating they could see one was showing up as undelivered. They advised me they would contact FedEx regarding this, and if I don’t receive it within two days, to contact them again. I received it the following day. I am very pleased with this purchase. If you’re considering this couch, I highly recommend. It’s a comfortable material and it’s very pretty. It looks like a sturdy piece, and not cheap.

Just moved into a new space and wanted a bigger couch (see brown couch in photo for comparison) and this ended up being perfect. The color is bright and fun, and love that you can customize it to fit any space. My living room isn’t huge, so this is the perfect mid size couch. Very comfortable seats that don’t sink in, I was really impressed by the comfort for the price. Somewhat on the lighter side so it was east to put together and would be easy to move around for one person. Deducted one star because the fabric is a bit more polyester feeling than I like, and compared to my velvet couch the material does feel a bit cheaper and like it would be easy to damage with use and seems prone to pilling, pulling. But for the price I can’t complain. If you’re considering this couch and live in a smaller space this is perfect, especially since each module opens for storage! A huge plus is that you can purchase additional modules or move it around really in any way you’d like easily. Overall very happy with my purchase and would recommend!

The video showing the multiples ways to use this sofa is misleading. You see that these can be made into a bed, a bed long enough to fit a small child. When I contacted the seller and asked for a refund they told me that I was given a description and the ottoman can be moved to make a bed, well yes and like I said for a small child. I was also provided with a video that is clearly misleading. The couches are beautiful and easy to assemble but they are flimsy and not very comfortable. Don’t buy these unless you are buying them for a small office. They aren’t good for relaxing.
