Poor fit. Really bad reception. Turn my head a little and loose connection with my cell phone. Very poor quality.

Works great

Does not fit in ear. I couldn’t get it to turn on but maybe I needed to charge it first. But it wouldn’t fit in my ear as it’s so big and bulky

This product stopped working the day after I received it.

The battery life is very poor. The device however works great.
